Artificial intelligence (EU AI Act)
Section added on 3 August 2026 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”), whose transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026.
AI chat assistant
This website offers a virtual assistant (“Caos City”). Caos City is an artificial intelligence system: when you use the chat you are interacting with an AI, not with a human operator. Replies are generated automatically and are provided for general information only; they may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and they do not constitute professional advice or a contractual commitment. Prices, availability and bookings are binding only when confirmed by our staff or by the booking system. Chat messages are processed on our behalf by third-party AI infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements; please do not enter sensitive personal data (for example health information) in the chat. You can always reach a human through the contact details published on this website.
AI-assisted content
Some editorial content on this website (articles, guides, descriptions, translations) is produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and is reviewed and published under human editorial responsibility. Where images, audio or video are entirely AI-generated and could be mistaken for authentic material, they are labelled as such in accordance with Article 50 of the AI Act.
No automated decision-making
We do not use artificial intelligence to take decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or that similarly significantly affect you (Article 22 GDPR). The AI tools used on this website do not perform emotion recognition, biometric categorisation or social scoring.
Your rights and supervisory authorities
Your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority) are unaffected and can be exercised through the contact details provided in this privacy policy. Market surveillance of AI systems in Spain, where the site owner is established, is entrusted to the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA).
